I2 SHIBUYA is centrally located for easy access. It boasts 825 square meters of space, and 5m ceilings, with capacity for over 1200 guests. It is Shibuya's finest underground entertainment space. Electronic dance music is the centerpiece of a broad array of music genres that anyone can enjoy. There is an powerful DJ booth that will make you think of large international festivals, and one of the greatest sound systems in the country. The walls and ceilings are adorned with giant LED monitors for a glamorous party atmosphere. Weekends or weekdays, I2 SHIBUYA draws some of the biggest crowds in Shibuya and sets the trend for all other clubs to follow.
I2 SHIBUYA's main party is “SHIBUYA MIX!!” It is held on weekends and holidays, and features performances from internationally renowned artists. Previous performers include Danny Avila, Deniz Koyu, Bassjackers, Thomas Gold, Dubvision, Jay Hardway, Vinai, twoloud, Tujamo, Makj and other notable EDM producers. I2 SHIBUYA has also twice hosted the Armada Night event, the official party of Armin Van Buuren's Armada Records.
Guests are primarily in their 20s and 30s, and gentlemen and ladies come out in equal numbers. I2 SHIBUYA is a trendsetting club, and is frequented by high-fashion and high-culture guests who are veterans of the Shibuya clubbing scene. Artists and models from the music and entertainment industries are also frequent visitors. During long weekends and holidays, I2 SHIBUYA draws crowds from all over Japan.
